Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and selected countries across Europe and beyond. Available countries are shown at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more. For orders under $60, shipping is charged by weight, from $3.99, and the exact cost is shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 2–10 business days in the United States, 4–14 in the United Kingdom, 8–20 in the European Union and 4–29 for the rest of the world. See our Shipping page for details.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Items in the same order may ship separately, so your order may arrive in more than one package.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or customs fees set by your country. These are paid by the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Please email us at klernstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

For orders delivered in the United States, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing klernstudio@gmail.com with your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Orders delivered to the United Kingdom or European Union may be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns page for details.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.

Which items cannot be returned?

Bodysuits, intimates and lingerie, jewelry, swimwear and any item marked as final sale.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email klernstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging and shipping label, and we will look into it.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we suggest checking the measurements for the specific piece before ordering.

Are the colours accurate?

We photograph our pieces to show them as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

How should I care for my pieces?

Please follow the care instructions on the label of each item to keep it looking its best.

Payment

Do prices include taxes?

Yes, our prices include applicable taxes. Import duties for orders shipped outside the United States are not included.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify, and we never see or store your full card details.
