Returns

We accept returns for orders delivered in the United States within 7 days of delivery.

• Email klernstudio@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.
• Once approved, we will send you the return address. Ship your return within 7 days using a tracked service.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging.

Orders delivered to the United Kingdom or European Union may be cancelled within 14 days of delivery by emailing us.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.

Final sale

Bodysuits, intimates and lingerie, jewelry, swimwear and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Costs and refunds

• Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping is non-refundable.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will look into it.
